LORDAN does not have standard, off-the-shelf product lines. Each and every coil of the 9,000 different
coil models manufactured in our factory are custom designed and produced specifically for one of our customers for use in a particular system or application.
The development process is as follows:

A customer provides LORDAN with performance requirements, operating conditions,
available space and other special requests or constraints.
|
|
One of LORDAN's design engineers calls the customer to review all the information and to make sure that the customer's requirements are properly understood.
|
|
A price quote is submitted to the customer within 1 to 2 working days. The offer
is based on an optimization process of customer requirements and includes an explanation of
the rationale of LORDAN's design.
|
|
Upon approval of our quotation, LORDAN provides the customer with a drawing of the required coil.
|
|
Samples or first production batches are ready for shipment within three weeks, from approval of Lordan's drawing.
